The Warren district of Bisbee has a small town feel. Central park area and the adjacent ball field are in the center of the residential area. Many historic buildings and homes, and the Copper Queen Community Hospital is a few blocks away. Elementary and high schools are close, junior high a mile or so away. Surrounded by mining history.
This house is an historic house built in 1916, with upgrades including new Anderson windows, kitchen and main bath remodel. And some quirks. Floors are original oak in main downstairs, tile in kitchen, bath and utility room. Bedroom 3 and the stairs are carpeted. No grass yard to maintain, the park is across the street! Trees and a variety of bushes and plants are easy to maintain. Old Bisbee, the main tourist area, is a couple of miles up the road. Always something going on in Bisbee -houses in this area are rarely for rent - location, location!)
