Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for all utility expenses, including electricity, gas, and water. Rent: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in the lease agreement. Smoking/Vaping: This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Pets: Small pets under 40 lbs. are permitted, subject to landlord approval. Any applicable pet deposit, pet fee, or pet rent will be discussed prior to signing the lease. Lease & Deposit: Security deposit and lease-term requirements will be provided during the application process and must be satisfied before move-in. Property Care: Tenants are expected to keep the home clean and in good condition and promptly report maintenance issues or damage. Occupancy: Only individuals listed and approved under the lease may occupy the property. Subleasing or short-term rental of the property is not permitted without prior written approval from the landlord. Rental Requirements: All applicants are subject to the landlord's rental criteria and applicable screening process. All rental policies and applicant screening will be administered in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local fair-housing laws. Additional terms and conditions may apply and will be outlined in the lease agreement.
