Lease terms

Lease is from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027 and may be renewed annually. If tenancy begins before or after Sept 1, the lease duration will be adjusted to be valid through August 31, 2027. Heating, cooling, and electricity are included in the rent. Tenants will be responsible for their own Internet and cable TV set up and fees. Tenants will be responsible for clearing snow in the winter; the landlord will provide a snowblower. The lawn and landscaping will be maintained by the landlord or by a third party employed by the landlord. Pets are permitted but the number of pets and breeds must be disclosed to the landlord. Pets must be under the control of the tenants at all times. Tenants should not park more than two vehicles in the driveway and cars should be parked tandem to not block vehicles belonging to the upstairs tenant/s. No car maintenance can be performed in the driveway.
