Located off Scott Avenue in the historic streetcar suburb of Dilworth, Salem Village is a charming community tucked away on 10 acres with 124 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Salem Village provides easy access to the popular East Boulevard corridor, which includes two grocery stores, endless dining options and the neighborhood gem, Freedom Park. Salem Village is a pet-friendly community within a neighborhood enriched with history and the benefits of a thriving Charlotte. We require a $100 application fee, $200 administrative fee, and a $300 security deposit which is refundable based on any damage found upon move out. No income verification is required as we only screen credit, background, and rental history. Animals are welcomed while breed restrictions apply, up to two that are equal to or less than 100 pounds. Per animal we require a $300 fee which is non-refundable and $25.00 monthly animal rent (per animal). Tours are offered Monday-Friday from 9a-4:45p and Saturday from 10a-3:30p.
