As you can see from the pictures, this is a brand-new unit never before rented. As the homeowner, my expectations are that it remains as such when tenants vacate. I'm looking for a responsible tenant who will maintain the unit as they own it. Homeowner will be on the premises primarily on weekends. The driveway is steep, but accessible for certain vehicles. The unit comes with kitchen mat, garbage bin under kitchen sink, rubber slip mat for apron kitchen sink, and dry mat for dishes, as there is no dishwasher. There is a baseboard heater only which does heat up the entire unit. Balcony can be used for chairs and side table only. NO BBQ or hanging plants are allowed.
