Thanks for taking interest in our property. We think it'll make a great home for someone. This house does have some restrictions which you need to be aware of so please read the following to avoid applying for an incompatible home: -Absolutely no smoking in the home -Only small dogs and cats under 20lbs allowed with a $200 pet deposit. (Maximum 2) Before an application a lease is signed we will need a picture with you and your pet(s) -You will be responsible for maintaining the lawn & leaves, failure to do so will incur a charge to have it taken care of If none of these present a problem then complete the following: 1)Fill out the attached application and return as soon as possible. It has been attached in both .pdf and Excel formats for your convenience. One copy of this application needs to be filled out by each prospective tenant over the age of 18. 2)You will receive another email with a link for a credit check which also needs to be completed by all applicants and co-applicants.* This credit check costs $42.99 per applicant and is paid directly to Transunion through the link. This constitutes the application fee. 3)Send pictures (front and back) of your photo ID. *The credit check that Transunion performs creates a "ResidentScore". This is a score similar to a credit score but with slightly modified criteria specifically for renters. To be considered eligible for this rental you need to have a ResidentScore of 650 or better and have a household income of at least 3.5X the rent.
