B) If the moving date is on or after the 16th of the month: First month's rent (prorated, if applicable) + Following Month's Rent + Security Deposit (Stated in the marketing/listing) + Processing Fee ($100.00). This is if you don't have pets; if you do, there will also be a Non-Refundable One-Time Pet fee and a Monthly Pet Fee. 2. Credit score of 500 or higher. 3. NO EVICTIONS and NO Bankruptcy on your report. 4. Your monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rent. 5. No Outstanding Electric, Gas, Water, Cable, or Apartment bills on your report. 6. Whether you have pets or not, you will have to create a Pet Screening Profile. If you do have any pets, the pet deposit prices are subject to the pet screening, added to the rent, and limited to two animals.
