Hi! I'm moving out of the state and looking for someone to take over my lease from July 2026 (tentative) - January 2027 with the ability to renew the lease! This is a private owner to renter situation in a small condo building. There is about 14 condos in the building. It has been a great place and is in a great location. Everyone is very friendly in the building and it is quiet. This area of Congress Park is very accessible. This place is in between 2 Trader Joes, 2 Whole Foods, and 2 King Soopers. There is a few restaurants, coffee shop, and an ACE Hardware about 2-4 blocks away. There are a few shops, restaurants, cafe, and ice cream shop walking distance, near Colorado Blvd. Unit 103 is on the first floor. It is a 2bd/1ba with lots of space and storage. You could use the second bedroom as an office or with a roommate. The place is hardwood with the bedrooms carpeted. It is around 900sqft. All full sized appliances. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit. The place includes an off-street parking spot in the alley way. There is also ample parking off Columbine St. There is natural light in the home without heating up the space from direct sunlight.
