Hello! My name is Allison and I'm looking to rent out one of the rooms in my house.… We currently have two girls in the house including me so preference would be another girl. We are in our mid 20s with a female Australian shepherd and female black cat. I'd love for anyone interested to reach out and talk to me about any questions you have! Looking for a roommate as soon as Aug 16th, preferred no later than October. Cost? Base Rent - 800$ Security Deposit - 800$ Utilities - Electric, Gas, Water and waste, WIFI, and Trash. Utilities are split evenly three ways. Monthly cost for July was (253) Cost per person for July would've been (84.33) Communal Items Will be split: Paper towels, Trash bags Will be kept separate: Laundry, Dishwasher tabs, Toilet paper What is the house like? 2 Story House 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1900 sq ft Has central AC and heating New build (2022) Security system Fully furnished (with the exception of the bedroom) Close to Peterson and Schriever for any military members (I am an Officer so I can't live with any Enlisted members) Close to the Fountain Businesses (~15 min) What areas will you be renting out? 1 bedroom ~13x13 sq ft Sharing a Bathroom with a female Access to the downstairs half bath to help out with having to share the bathroom Additional storage in hallway closet - Half the closet. Access to the downstairs storage for bigger items (can be explained in walkthrough) Can store stuff in the crawl space if needed (crawl space is clean) Access to a fully furnished kitchen and Livingroom Pantry and fridge are split into three sections to avoid fighting over space Other Important details No pets preferred (If our pets meet and get along we can work this out) No drug use including vapes and smoking. No alcohol abuse, drinking from time to time is fine just no drinking problems. You must see the house in person and meet me (if you and coming from out of state we can do a virtual call) We are a pretty clean house and really need a roommate that will keep things tidy and clean. Parking: The garage is already taken up so you would be parking on the street. Would be required to let us know before bringing a guest over for the night/multiple days. I have more videos that walk through the whole area if you'd like to see. (Facebook just limits me to 1 video) I'm a pretty flexible person so if you are curious about any of the requirements just let me know and we can talk about it. Also Im free to meet up after 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and almost all day on weekends!

Theres two of us living here already both of us are girls that are morning people who need a clean space to live in. We are generally a pretty quiet house hold but do have friends over 1-2 times a month.
