The living room is furnished with an oversized sofa group, coffee table, and a 75-inch Smart TV. With a total of 14 TVs throughout the home, entertainment is never in short supply. The in-house Movie-Game and Golf Studio offers a state-of-the-art projector for an in-home movie theater experience. The patio offers seating for up to 24 people and a BBQ grill. Bedrooms are fully customizable to suit your needs, and bathrooms come complete with high thread count bath linen.
Free car parking is available for up to three vans per home, with additional guest parking on the road. A complimentary BBQ grill is provided. Free tennis is available on one tennis court, and a Golf Simulator & Launch Monitor is available upon request. An optional Golf Membership is available. A private sauna for up to 6 people and Oak Barrel Cold Plunge baths are available with one week's notice. A private pool and pool patio, a private hot tub SPA, a private sauna, a private golf hitting range net station, game room & weight fitness equipment are exclusively for your use. You can walk to the Championship Golf Club and tennis court in the community. The community heated pool, pool bar, and restaurant are a short walk away, as is a playground.
This resort pool villa offers lavish views of the golf course and is situated in the quaint Highlands Reserve Golf Resort in Davenport, only about 9 miles from the Disney World entrance. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the Tennis Court, Community Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Playground, and Pro Shop. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, and outlet stores are nearby, with a Publix grocery store less than a mile away. A water park H2O is about 7.5 miles from the home.
No music outside is allowed that can be heard more than 60 feet away, and music must be completely hushed after 10 p.m. on weekdays and 11 p.m. on weekends. Pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Villa numbers will be given on arrival check-in day to assure guest privacy. Rates vary depending on the number of adults/children, season/holidays/particular events/length of stay. No third-party reservations, non-registered guests, and no local visitors are allowed without prior approval. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation, acknowledging the house and community home rules.
