I'm not selling this property so you can stay for as long as you want. I don't live on the property but not too far away if something is needed. I'm interested in keeping the place looking good and to keep up with any maintenance. For those with dogs, we can talk about if pet rent or a pet deposit is best for you.

This is a charming cottage style home in the heart of San Diego. The home still has a historical, cozy feel. Fashion Valley is very close. Downtown is just minutes away. The beach is very close. You can get in and out to this address so easy because of proximity to major freeways, highway 163, freeway 5, freeway 8.
