This home is located on a cove on Beaver Lake 10 minutes east of Lowell, which is in the middle of Northwest Arkansas (NWA).… Downtown Fayetteville is approximately 35 minutes away while downtown Rogers (DTR) is approximately 20 mins away. The first floor has a kitchen, living room, full bathroom, laundry closet in the bathroom (includes a full size washer/dryer), a coat closet and a master bedroom with closet. There is a new wooden deck large enough for an outdoor eating space. The walkout basement has a second living area (perfect for a home office) with a large closet, a separate room (single egress only) with a closet, a full bathroom, and a concrete bunker room/storage area. There is a back door on the lower level that leads to a patio that is under the deck. There is no cable or fiber optic available in this area so the internet is through cell towers or Starlink. The house uses electric and LP gas. The electric generally runs between $200 and $250 a month. LP usage is around $50 a month. Trash is $25. Water is free. There are lots of deer and other wildlife out here to enjoy. We also spend time in the cove swimming and paddle boarding. NO NEED to Apply until we have had a chance to talk. Don't want anyone spending $35 if it isn't going to be a good match for the property.
