Commercial luxury vinyl, quartz countertops, white & rustic cabinetry, new windows, furnace, drywall, fixtures, recessed lighting, and new appliances, including a full-size stackable LG laundry center. All on 1/3 acre with a fenced backyard & expansive deck. Enjoy lovely sunsets & territorial views! Kirk Elem & Middle plus Kirkland Urban are within 1 mile. Google Campus is 1.2 miles. Walkable to Cross Kirkland Corridor, which traverses the city for nearly six miles, connecting 8 neighborhoods, 4 major business districts, 12+ parks & several public schools.
A Dog may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. If approved, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply, along with a $75 increase in monthly rent.
Additional House Rules:
-Flush toilet paper only no wipes, even if labeled flushable.
-The home is not child-proof; please move cleaners from under the sink if you have a mobile child.
-Report any breakage or damage immediately.
-Please avoid cooking fish inside the home. If any food spoils in the refrigerator, notify the host immediately. Strong food odors especially fish can circulate through the appliance and infiltrate the entire home if not addressed right away.
Dog-Related Rules:
-No additional dogs or pets are allowed on the property at any time, other than a dog that has been formally approved.
-Dog guests are to be kept off furniture, beds, all bedding, and cleaned up after daily. (Please use dedicated blankets if needed to protect furnishings)
-Wipe dog's feet when coming in from the yard.
-Dogs may not be left alone in the home at any time. If an unavoidable circumstance requires your dog to remain inside, they must be securely crated. Unattended or uncrated pets can cause damage, experience stress, and create noise disturbances, so this rule is strictly enforced.
Home Care:
-No shoes to be warn inside the home.
-Keep windows and doors closed when heating the home or using the portable AC.
-Do not wash blankets, rugs, or comforters in the washing machine.
-Leave the washer door ajar to prevent mildew.
-Empty the dryer lint trap after each use.
-Use minimal HE detergent about 1 tablespoon per load
Guests and Stays:
-NO ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS beyond the original booking.
-For stays longer than one month, owners will conduct a monthly walkthrough to check systems and home condition.
Prohibited:
Do not use bleach or ammonia in the home or laundry.
Do not charge electric vehicles or plug in RVs on the property.
