Large, 5 bedroom, 3350 sq/ft Home built in 2005 in the beautiful South San Niccolo community.… The home is in the best part of the prestigious Southern Highlands neighborhood, right across from the Southern Highlands Country Club. I'm looking for one last, great, room-renters to fill it up. Are you gonna be lucky enough to get in? The room and the house are both excellent, it's a gated and security guarded community, the neighborhood is perfect and my prices are easily $200 a month under market value if not more (as rents in Vegas have gone up 37% with everyone but me!)
Rents include housing $675 plus $120 which covers all utilities, high-speed-wifi-internet, gas, water, sewer, HOA, TV cable, even kitchen detergents, paper towels and more...
The total for rent plus utilities is $795/month.
Public areas are furnished and dishes, TV and other appliances are also included ... we might even have an extra bed for you if needed, but the bedroom furnishing is generally up to you ... There is a $1,000 deposit but take advantage of this new-home special and get your fully refundable deposit for a flat $700! The price is as follows:
This is a Second Room, a good sized 12 feet by 14 feet, with shared bathroom: $640/month

The home has a huge kitchen and tons of space. It is not your typical Vegas tract home, everyone who comes over LOVES it. Check out the photos
5 bedrooms, 3 bath, 3350 sq/ft. Common areas are furnished, carpet always freshly shampooed, floors can be eaten off of (but don't! that's just gross) and the place is immaculate.
Remember, pay rent and deposit, leave the place clean and in good shape and if you stay nine months or more get your deposit back upon exiting, with a 30 day notice. Other roommates in our other homes have been there at least a year, some much longer, as this area is very popular and goes super fast... So, pick the room you want (be quick, first come first serve), pay rent and deposit for the first month then just your monthly and you're golden - aaaaaand everything's included!
