Walking distance to Phil Hardberger jogging/dog Park. Quick access to downtown (airport 2 exits away) 410, 281, and 1604. Great shopping, groceries, & bakery, within 3 minutes. Zoo, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Pearl Brewery, TopGolf, iFly, Palladium IMAX Theatre, La Cantera shopping and restaurants, The Rim, UTSA, Sea World, Downtown Riverwalk, the Alamo, Alamo dome, AT&T Center, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center, and Historic Market Square. Pet Rules: All pets MUST be pre- approved prior to stay. There is a pet fee for bringing our furry family members.. Pets are not allowed upstairs or on the stain concrete, main entrance area. A pet gate should be used to keep them on the tiled floor. Please do not allow them on the furniture. The backyard has a privacy fence and a lot of room for running around. Please clean up after your pets. That includes courteous pick up of poo in the yard. There is a broom and mop located in the wash room for clean up if paws or mud comes in.
