What You'll Love
You can tell right away this house has been around. The gable roofline stands out from the street, and the whole place has that solid, well-built feel steep rooflines, good proportions, the kind of construction that holds up.
Step outside and you'll find an enclosed, fenced yard big enough for a garden, dogs, kids running around, or just hanging out on a nice evening. Mature hardwood trees shade the yard and give you some real privacy. There's also a storage shed for bikes, tools, holiday decorations all that stuff you need somewhere to put.
The Setting
Here's the fun part. The home sits on what used to be a dairy farmstead, so it doesn't feel like a typical neighborhood. You've got more space and more quiet than you'd expect, and you're still just a few minutes from the middle of town.
Downtown Springville is close by. Provo is a short drive north, and Spanish with all sorts of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping just a short drive South. If you need more options for work, school, or going out. Salt Lake City is doable too, so you're not locked into one area. There are some other homes nearby, but the setting still feels open and uncrowded.

There is no central air conditioning. The house is older than A/C itself, so that's no surprise. The good news is the big trees and the way the home is built keep it cooler than you'd think in summer. Fans and open windows do the rest.
There is no garage. You've got driveway and street parking, which gets the job done.
A railroad runs very close to the property. You will hear trains. That's just how it is. Some people don't mind it at all; others won't love it. We'd really encourage you to come visit and see how it feels before deciding.
