Lease Terms & Tenant Responsibilities Utility Agreement: The tenant is responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and prompt payment of all property utilities, including water, gas, electricity, wastewater/sewer, trash removal, and high-speed internet/cable services. Pet Policy: A maximum of two (2) pets are permitted on the property. All pets are subject to prior approval, and an additional pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent may apply depending on the lease agreement. Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco/cannabis products is strictly prohibited inside the residence, garage, or any enclosed structures on the premises. Property Maintenance & Care: The tenant is required to maintain the home and its manicured grounds in pristine condition. This includes regular interior upkeep and ensuring the exterior landscaping remains beautifully preserved and compliant with neighborhood standards.
