In an older established area. Mostly mobile homes. Mostly seniors are retirees. Mixed with few families.
Off-road parking.
No hoa.… But there is an expectation of keeping inside and outside orderly and clutter free. No broken down vehicles left in the driveway. Vehicles must be legally tagged.
Month to month rental up to 12 months possibly renewable. Nice porch. To sit outside during the nice days.
Extremely long-term neighbors. We've all been here 20 plus years. Some have been here eight plus years. Mostly owners.
I live next door. I know all the neighbors. And they know me. They're not too invasive but they are friendly.
A small dog under 20 lb maybe allowed as long as the dog is not intrusive on the neighbors with constant barking or getting out. Most of us enjoy being outside working in our yard during the nicer days.
Any personal damage or injury to yourself, your visitors, or your furnishings/belongings will not be covered so renters insurance is highly recommended. There is a clause in the lease that you will not hold your owner's responsible for any injuries or damage.
Just looking for a peaceful existence. Someone who can take care of the property and pay their rent on time.
I am a private landlord background checks will be done. Employment will be verified through direct deposits to your account. Check stubs and w-2s will not be accepted to verify employment. 6 months of direct deposit via Bank statements. Credit checks will also be done not so much for the credit score but looking for evictions and recently filed bankruptcies and repossessions.
There is no water bill because it's on well water.
