The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning throughout.

Nestled in the heart of Ocean City, this apartment is a short walk or bike ride from the pristine beach and the vibrant boardwalk, which offers amusement parks, eateries, shops, and entertainment. Nearby recreational areas include parks and playgrounds, and the Ocean City Golf Course is a short drive away. The area is family-friendly and well-connected by public transportation and bike lanes.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a "selfie" to the management company's secure portal before check-in. Reservations booked through certain platforms will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. The primary guest must be 25+ years old and must personally occupy the property for the full stay.
