Fully furnished three bedroom, two bath, 1700 sq ft home, located atop a hill 1/4 mile from the north end of Canyon Dam. It sits on 1/3 acre covered with Oak, Escarpment Cherry, Sumac, and Mountain Laurels. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other two have queens. One of the bedrooms has an electric double bed with head and foot lowering and "shaky quaky" settings. Additionally there are four bunk beds up in the game room upstairs. Kitchen recently remodeled. Washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, central air and heat. Jacuzzi tubs inside and out. The game room has an 8' pool table, shuffleboard table, air hockey, darts, and a video game center. Lake access 400 ft. a down paved road with boat docking eyes in the protected cove which offers swimming, floating, and fishing, and boating. (BYOB, Bring your own boat}It also features boat tie downs. The house is about a mile to "Little Jacobs Creek's" free boat launch. Outside there is a fire pit, a Jacuzzi hot tub, horseshoes and three levels of decking totaling about 1000 sq ft. The laundry room is on the west side of the house and has both a washer and dryer. 1000 sq ft of decks on three levels. The top deck has a view of Canyon Lake. This is a seasonal rental with a six month lease, plus deposit and references. Owner pays water, internet, trash pickup and sewer, tenant responsible for gas and electric.
