This is a fully furnished, mid-term rental designed for professionals seeking a comfortable and quiet living environment. Minimum stay is 30 days, with a maximum lease term of up to 12 months. All utilities are included in the rent (electricity, water, gas, and internet). One assigned parking space is included and located within a secure, fenced backyard with an electronic gate. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This is a quiet, shared environment primarily occupied by traveling nurses and working professionals. The unit is best suited for one occupant. Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere for all residents. A shared washer and dryer are available on-site in a designated common area for tenant use. Guest Policy We maintain a strict guest policy to ensure safety and comfort for all residents. Occasional guests are allowed; however, overnight guests require prior approval from the landlord. Unauthorized overnight stays, social gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted. Tenant Responsibilities Tenants are expected to maintain the unit in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition at all times. Regular cleaning is required.
