We live in an active neighborhood, nearby to shops and restaurants, as well as a few schools nearby. For 1 person: rent as listed + utilities (~$150-$200). Roommates: We are both in our 20s, are a relatively quiet household, keep things clean, are friendly and chat often! Natalia - works as a jeweler.
