Approval process: 1) Initial screening: contact the owner and provide the following information during a conversation or via email: a. Approximate credit score of all adults contributing to the rent. b. Who is your employer, how long have you worked there, and what is your monthly income? c. How long have you lived at your current address, and why are you leaving? d. How long due you plan on living in this home? e. How many adults and how many children will be living in the home? How many vehicles will you have? 2) Set up a tour to see the home on June 12th or later, virtual may be possible for folks living more than one hour away. 3) If you want to rent the home, fill out a formal third party application with a $60 fee that includes a full background check and credit score. 4) A standard VA lease form will be used for a one year duration with a few additions that can be discussed during the initial inquiry, nothing significant except ABSOLUTELY NO PETS or ANY SMOKING, any violations will be immediate forfeiture of the security deposit. Utilities (water and electricity) are the tenants responsibility, ADT service is provided by the landlord.
