Lease terms

Well-maintained townhome featuring comfortable living space, a private backyard, and convenient access to shopping, dining, schools, and major transportation routes. The home includes kitchen appliances as well as a washer and dryer for tenant use. Tenant Responsibilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, gas (if applicable), cable, internet, and any other utility services. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the private backyard, including keeping it clean, neat, and free of excessive weeds, debris, and overgrowth. All other exterior landscaping and common area maintenance are provided by the HOA. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. Pets: Small dogs and cats are permitted subject to landlord approval and any applicable pet fees or deposits. Washer and Dryer Disclosure: A washer and dryer are provided as a convenience to the tenant and are not included as maintained appliances under the lease. The landlord will not repair, replace, or service the washer or dryer during the tenancy. If either appliance becomes inoperable, the tenant is responsible for any repairs, maintenance, replacement, or removal at the tenant's expense. Prospective tenants should be prepared to maintain the property in a clean and orderly condition and comply with all lease terms throughout the tenancy.
