Lease terms

This Room Sublease Agreement is made between the Sublessor (current tenant) and Sublessee for a private bedroom located at 11381 Laurelwalk Dr Unit B-147, Laurel, MD 20708. The Sublessee will have shared access to common areas including the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, and patio. The sublease term may be 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, starting on a date agreed upon at the time of signing, with rent set at $800 per month, payable on or before the 5th day of each month. All utilities (electricity, water, gas, and trash removal) are included in the rent. A security deposit of $800 is required and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection at the end of the sublease, subject to deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear. The Sublessee agrees to follow house rules, maintain cleanliness, and respect the rights of other occupants. This agreement is subject to Maryland landlord tenant laws.
