Cottage Rental Terms and Conditions Welcome! I am pleased to offer this cottage as a furnsihed, and newly renovated home. To help ensure a positive experience for everyone, please review the following terms: Utilities * The property owner will provide and pay for water service. * The tenant is responsible for paying all electric, garbage collection expenses, and wifi. Water Usage * While water service is included at no additional cost, tenants are expected to use water responsibly and practice water-wise conservation habits. Pets and Smoking * No dogs or other pets are permitted on the property without prior written approval from the owner. * Smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco products is not permitted inside the cottage or on the premises. Property Care and Alterations * The tenant agrees to maintain the cottage in a clean and orderly condition. * No permanent changes, alterations, or modifications may be made to the home, fixtures, or property without prior written permission from the owner. Furniture and Property Damage * The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or visitors to the home, furnishings, appliances, or property. * Costs associated with repairing or replacing damaged items may be deducted from the tenant's security deposit. If damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the tenant remains responsible for the additional costs. Parking * Ample on-site parking is available for tenants and their guests. * Vehicles must be parked in designated areas and must not obstruct access to the property. Garden Area * Tenants are welcome to maintain a small garden in the backyard for personal enjoyment. * The garden area should be kept neat and well-maintained. Respect for the Property * This cottage is intended to be a peaceful and enjoyable home.
