RENT -- Apply within 24 hours of touring to get 1 MONTH FREE any month you choose. -- Rent is $1,395 per month for leases starting on or before July 1, 2026. -- Rent is $1,495 per month for leases starting on or after July 2, 2026 through May 2027. LEASE TERMS -- Availability: Lease start available now. -- Total Price Disclosure: Advertised price reflects Rent. Variable utilities, billed-back services, optional add-ons, deposit, and lease administrative fees are billed separately as itemized below, in compliance with C.R.S. 6-1-737. Rent reflects any move-in concession applied for the term. -- Electricity: Billed to the landlord and passed through to the tenant as the unit's proportionate share. Amount varies. -- Natural Gas: Billed to the landlord and passed through to the tenant as the unit's proportionate share. Amount varies. -- Water / Sewer / Stormwater: Billed to the landlord and passed through to the tenant as the unit's proportionate share. PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORTS (PTSRs) The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in C.R.S. 38-12-902(2.5). If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee or a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report. Brownstone Leasing does not charge an application fee at the time of application.
