Lease terms

-Short term, mid-term, long-term rent/lease options. -Background check required. Proof of funds available may be requested. -Utilities & WiFi included in monthly rent cost. -Blinds are installed. -Free parking on the street in front of property. -Fully Furnished and stocked with basics. -Private side door entrance with electronic key code deadbolt. Fenced in walk way and gated on each end. -No Smoking. -Trash is taken to garage alley way receptacle, trash pick up is on Tuesday morning - heavy trash is the 3rd Tuesday of each month. -All items within property currently are itemized and inventoried, do not remove any items or property that was in place prior to move in. Missing, broken, or stolen items upon move out will be deducted from initial deposit including cost for any damages or repairs required upon move out. -Remove all personal items including inside fridge and freezer contents upon move out/lease termination. -A $100 terminal cleaning fee will be deducted from the initial deposit upon move out/lease termination. -Owner of property/landlord is not held responsible for renter, renters personal property, injuries or unjust actions sustained on premise or in property including lawful & unlawful damages. An inspection walk through by both parties will happen before occupancy and at the termination of the lease/move out. As mentioned above damages if any will be deducted from the initial deposit.
