Looking for reliable renter(s) that will take care and have pride in the home! Tenants are responsible for utilities and must carry renters insurance. Lawn maintenance is the responsibility of the tenants unless another arrangement is put in place with property owner. No smoking allowed within the home. Arrangements can be made to allow for pets. A monthly pet fee and/or a pet deposit may apply. Minimum 12 months lease term. Extended lease term length options are available. Minimum credit score of 600 for applicants. Proof of reliable employment is required. No evictions within the past 5 years. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or sex offender status. Background checks can be made at the request of the property owner. Home showings are at the owner's discretion and are not guaranteed unless agreed upon by both parties.
