Tenant pays for actual gas and electric utilities (utility deposit required in addition to damage deposit, based on length of stay; additional security deposit required for longer lease). Cleaning deposit $500. NO SMOKING/RECREATIONAL DRUGS on the premises. Occupancy is limited to maximum of 6 persons. Strict rules on noise and limits on overnight guests. Local property manager to manage your trouble-free visit. Application and Lease Agreement required (we provide).
