Lease terms

Unfurnished, except for 4 bar chairs. No smoking, No over night parking on the street. Renter pays water and electricity. 1st & last months rent plus security deposit. Renter will have full access to the clubhouse, pool, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, and childrens playground. The owner pays cable, internet, and alarm monitoring. Renter pays for any upgrades purchased through Fision. Renter is required to have rental insurance ( liability insurance minimum $300,000). The owner also pays for one lanai pressure washing on the 6th month of the lease. We can provide assistance with information with insurance if necessary. *Please note that the living room flooring will be updated to LVP (luxury vinyl plank). Updated photos will be uploaded when available.
