Imagine living in this adorable, cozy mountain cabin among the trees and the lake with the fresh pine air.… A 2-bedroom 1-bathroom cabin is just waiting for you. All you need to bring are your clothes and a toothbrush. It is already prepared for you with furniture, kitchenware, and linens. You can bask in the ambiance, sipping your coffee or wine by the fire, looking out through the majestic trees. This street is right at the start of the bike trail around the lake and is one of the first streets to be plowed when it snows. The cabin has a new insulated roof to keep you at a cozy temperature no matter how cold or hot it is outside. There is a washer/dryer unit in the kitchen for your convenience and an extra dryer in the garage. Strolling distance to stores, grocery, the post office, the lake, and snow play. Close to the little airport as well, but does not get much noise. From April to September, there is a large Farmer's Market that can't be missed. There's even a propane and charcoal BBQ for you to use. High-speed internet (1000/1000), yard maintenance, and snow removal are included in the lease, as well as an AC unit in one bedroom. Owner willing to remove furniture and store it in the garage if needed. It would remove your access to storage in the garage, but you will still have the shed for storage. Minimum tenant requirement: earning 2.5 to 3 times annual rent, good credit of 680 or higher, no evictions or non-payments on credit history.
