No smoking. No subletting or re-listing of the unit. Occupancy is limited to the guests named on the signed lease. Furnishings: Tenant is responsible for repair or replacement, at full replacement cost, of any furniture or furnishing damaged beyond normal wear and tear. If a damaged item is part of a matched set and an exact individual replacement is not commercially available, Tenant is responsible for the reasonable cost to restore the set to matched condition. A signed photo inventory is completed at move-in and move-out. Early termination: Tenant remains responsible for rent through the full lease term. Rent recovered from a replacement tenant will be credited.
