Lease Term: This lease is for a fixed term of 12 months. The lease begins on July 1st, 2026 and ends on June, 30th 2027. At the end of the term, the lease may be renewed by mutual written agreement or will convert to a month-to-month tenancy unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal.
