Daily cleaning, turn-down service, and towel service are not included and can be requested for an additional fee. Early check-ins at 12 pm are available for a $65 fee, or a complimentary 3 pm check-in, subject to availability and confirmation 24-48 hours prior to arrival. The hotel can hold luggage for free. There is a strict no-smoking policy, with a $500 penalty for any smoking in the apartment. Guests are required to remove all trash to the chute down the hallway. Any damages and/or stains to sheets or linens will incur an additional charge, as stained sheets are not covered by the cleaning fee. The host is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items inside the apartment.
