The condo can be partially furnished (bed, dresser, couch, TV) for shorter rentals or unfurnished for rentals of 8+ months. Feel free to ask about specific furniture. Min 90-day lease required. Rental includes fully furnished apartment (furniture may be different than photos), utilities including parking and HOA fees. Required: 1. Lease Application - All lessees residing in the unit must complete an online application regardless of age or financial obligation. One application per person. The property manager will provide this information upon request. 2. Credit Check Fees - A fee in the amount of $50 x the number of lessees residing in the unit above the age of 18 must be paid to the HOA. The management company will run a credit report and background check on these applicants. 3. Lease Owners are required to have a lease and must use Blumberg form #101 "Lease of a Condominium Unit". A copy of this lease is attached. This lease is also available online. When returning this package for review, and after approval, you must provide a completed and signed copy of this lease. 4. Rules & Regulations - Lessee must read and sign the property Rules and Regulations. 5. Move-in/out fee - Lessee must pay the HOA a one-time moving fee of $500.00. Please submit this completed package to the board by returning this package to the manager. Approval can take up to 10 business days so please submit this package as early as possible. Note: Lessee will NOT be permitted to move in until written approval from the board of directors has been received. Once written approval is received, the tenant is required to meet with the property owner/landlord and to schedule their move-in. The owner/landlord is solely responsible for their tenant and must adhere to the rental processes and procedures.
