Significant renovation has occurred since the property was purchased last year. We sanded and polyurethaned all hardwood floors restoring the glow to its original lustre. Some photos were taken after this work and you can see the difference. We have fully repainted the interior. The two East bedroom now have gorgeous handcarved vanities installed with similarly handcrafted mirrors. We also expanded the refrigerator cavity to enable a larger new refrigerator to be installed. In addition, the kitchen has a new countertop and sink. We upgraded the electrical wiring and plumbing and made parking more accessible. Further, we installed a new hot water heater.

University corners should be completed this year with Publix going in across the street and a new McDonalds to be built on 12th St. Restaurants within two blocks include Leonardos, Small House, Kabab, Gyros Plus, Subway, McDonalds, Bagels & Noodles, Tri's Cafe, Papa John's, Caribbean Spice, Mother's, Karma Cream, and Bahn Thai. Banking couldn't be easier with Bank of America and it's ATM across the street. The influx of affluent residents to University Corners will dramatically increase investment in this area. It's an exciting time to live in this booming area. Despite the desirability of the area, and the demand to be in that area, the house sits on a unique plot that is surrounded by open space and large trees.
