This stone cottage is perfectly situated 8 minutes drive to downtown Avl and .25 mile from the Mountain-To-Sea hiking trial.… Enjoy the best of both worlds with a private and quiet space nestled in the trees that's a close and easy drive to downtown as well as great hiking.
The cottage was built in the 1930s has original charm and modern conveniences. The house was renovated in 2022 and is the perfect place to call home. The street is a quiet residential area. The end of the street is a marked trail head that leads to the Mountain-To-Sea Trail.
Included are a fire pit, seating area, grill, and 2 porches for spending time outside of the home.
The home has 1 queen bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor. The 2nd bathroom is located halfway up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and the hallway opens into the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. There is no bedroom door to the 2nd bedroom, but as it is off the stairwell it is quite private. The third room is off of the 2nd bedroom. This room has a twin daybed that converts to 2 twin beds, as well as a TV. It has a large closet and there is a bedroom door between the two upstairs bedrooms. The home is furnished.
