There's even a keypad lock that you can have a custom door code set to. Rent covers your water bill, trash, fiber internet, lawncare, and Dodson pest control! Tenant is responsible for electric. Two important things to note: 1. The upstairs residence is an Airbnb but we ask all guests to adhere to quiet hours 10pm-7am. 2. The apartment uses 2 window units for heating/cooling (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) 3. There will be absolutely zero tolerance for smoking (by the tenant or guests that they have visiting). This includes vaping and marijuana. Immediate $500 fine for any violation.
