Lease terms
Responsible adults. Long term rental Weekend or holiday guests allowed for max 5 nights maximum of two guests. Owner pays for trash pickup. Owner also pays for snow removal of parking lot. Tenant is responsible for clearing the deck and pathway. Tenant pays for gas, electric, water, internet No smoking on the premises. No pets. Garage parking for car one and one outdoor space. There is also a guest parking space for maximum 5 nights. Tenant occupied only. No subletting. The renter will have 24 hours from move in to take photos or report to the owner via email or text of anything that is not up to a high standard after which time the rented is responsible for any damage or loss. One month's rent $3,600 required as a deposit plus $1000 deposit towards utilities. Regarding utilities you will advised each month of the amount of the bill for utilities and it will be deducted from your $1000 utility deposit. If the utilities exceed $1,000 any remaining utility bills will be deducted from the security deposit. Any funds remaining at the end of the lease will be refunded to the renter within 21 days. A check out cleaning fee of $300 which is negotiable if you choose to clean yourself. There is a strict 10pm noise courtesy rule. Please turn off outside lights by 10pm. We love the dark and starry skies and strive to eliminate light pollution. There is a light switch at the bottom and top of stairs as well as inside the house.
