The yard itself is xeriscaped which means there is no grass (as seen in photos). The park is just one block away.
Seeking extremely quiet, respectful, and clean guests. You will have great neighbors that are the same.

Trees and wildflowers provide shade and beauty along this 10.3 mile trail which loops around the lake. Several pedestrian bridges cross into downtown with access points to live music venues, restaurants, shopping, museums, concert halls, the opera house and beyond. Don't miss the Congress Avenue Bridge, home to the largest Urban Bat Colony in the world!
