Lease terms

Duration of lease will be minimum of one month. The house will be completely furnished regardless of length of lease. Tenants will have access to all three levels and rooms, all the closets and the garage. Utilities are included which is water, electric, gas, garbage, wifi, and lawn care. Regular cleaning can be discussed and included at an extra cost. Security deposit, first months rent, and pet deposit if applicable will be due at signing of the lease. If the tenants will have pets and want a regular cleaner, and routine yard maintenance. Pets are allowed and a maximum of 2, dogs or cats. This neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Parties during the days and nights are not authorized. Many neighbors work from home or are on shift work. And it is a very dog friendly neighborhood so dogs must be on leashes and well behaved. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house of any kind to include the garage. Any legally owned weapons that are brought onto the property must be secured correctly and safely by the tenant and if left behind will be immediately turned into the proper authorities for everyone's safety. There is a single car garage that can be used for parking and the driveway can fit two vehicles. The street can fit an additional two vehicles outside the front of the home on the street.
