Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app with a $10 reload minimum, and the cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each. Located in the heart of the historic brewery district, this apartment is just a 3-block stroll down cobblestone streets to the Fiserv Forum, perfect for catching a Bucks game or a concert. It's also a 5-minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University. This is an atrium unit, so the windows face the interior atrium, resulting in less natural light than an exterior unit. The HVAC systems are controlled by the building's management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. Trash must be placed in the dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas. Cardboard must be broken down and never placed down the trash chute.
