Private room with closet and shared bathroom, safe neighborhood, garage space parking available. Currently able to furnish with a bed and bedframe if requested. You will not be required to perform lawncare, and I have a cleaning lady come once a month, but I still request you keep the common space relatively neat. I do not allow smoking on or in my property. Common areas include a gym in the basement, living room, dining room, backyard, laundry room.

Working professional, frequently gone for work (except evenings), quiet, and clean. Typically meal prep and laundry at the beginning of the week and use the gym on Monday and Friday evenings. Easy to communicate with and flexible on most things.
