RENT -- Apply within 24 hours of touring to get 1 MONTH FREE any month you choose. -- Rent is $2,395 per month for leases starting on or before July 1, 2026. -- Rent is $2,495 per month for leases starting on or after July 2, 2026 through June 2027. LEASE TERMS -- Availability: Lease start available now. -- Total Price Disclosure: Advertised price reflects Rent. Variable utilities, billed-back services, optional add-ons, deposit, and lease administrative fees are billed separately as itemized below, in compliance with C.R.S. 6-1-737. Rent reflects any move-in concession applied for the term. -- Electricity: Tenant-direct service with the utility provider; each apartment is separately metered. PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORTS (PTSRs) The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in C.R.S. 38-12-902(2.5). If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee or a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report. Brownstone Leasing does not charge an application fee at the time of application.
