    Terms at 11221 NE 9th Ave

    The owner covers the cost of water and garbage removal. The renter is responsible for bringing all garbage to the front of the house on Mondays and Fridays. Recycling days are Wednesday and Thursday. The trash collection is not permitted in the backyard. The renter is responsible for electric and internet expenses. The last month's rent is due upon lease signing. A late fee of $250 will be applied if rent is not paid within 5 days of the due date (1st of each month). If a payment is not made within this 5-days period, an additional daily fee of $50 will be applied to the total amount owed. Smoking is prohibited. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) are permitted with the on time payment of $250. Tenants are held responsible for any property damages exceeding $500. 2 cars are allowed for parking in the front of the house. Loud music is not aloud after 11 PM. The washer and dryer on the back of the house has to be covered. No car wash in the front of the house. No paper towels of feminine products are allowed in the toilets.
