The front porch is the perfect place for a quiet morning with tea/coffee (provided) and/or in the evening with a glass of wine for a spectacular Albuquerque sunset. The large living room has a big window looking out to the porch and yard. Newly redesigned kitchen is complete with fridge, stove/oven, cupboards and stylish open shelving. There's also a breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining room. The two bedrooms each have ceiling fans, windows and closet space with hangers. Full bathroom as well. Front door has a coded lock, so no keys required. We will provide code before your arrival. There is an elementary school across the street. Enjoy the sweet but light sound of kids playing is in the afternoon. Sometimes you'll see parents walking their young kids by. There are two other studios on the large corner lot property with totally separate living spaces and entrances around the corner. While it's entirely possible you'd never know they're there, though we do connect you so you all can coordinate trash bins and whatever else (often tenants get to know each other, pet sit, socialize, etc, but none of that is expected of anyone. It's up to you.) To enhance everyone's experience, however, we do ask for quiet hours 10p-7a.

PETS ARE WELCOME provided they do not disturb the neighbors with persistent and/or loud barking or other noises or damage the property.
