This magical 2 bedroom cottage is the front house of two bungalows on one lot. It is steps from Sunset Junction, Cafe Stella, Erewhon and Tartine Bakery. The house is serene and very sunny due to several skylights. The yard is fully fenced. An interest in gardening would be great but not required. The one bathroom is enormous and has a separate shower and soaking tub. The bungalow is equipped with a whole house water filter, Asko washer and dryer and central heat and air. The fridge and dishwasher are brand new.
There is one parking space located behind the gate and a second car may block the driveway.
If there is more than one tenant both tenants need to have excellent credit and references. Dog/cat may be negotiable depending on circumstances. The lease is one year. Weekly gardener and trash on/out is included. Water is paid, but all other utilities are paid by the tenant.
