Two bedroom, one bathroom place to yourself perfect for work from home or those with hobbies that require a little extra space!… Comes with private entrance, your own living room, laundry, a patio and deck, backyard, and all sorts of other cool stuff. Comes with all furniture pictured!
The house is a three-story split-level. You'll be on the ground floor, the middle floor is another living room and the kitchen, and I live in the upstairs (there is also a guest room).
Would prefer one roommate but open to couples if the fit is right! Property is owned by my family but managed by me, so any issues are only a walk upstairs away from being solved!

I'm Alex! My work keeps me either out of the house or in my office upstairs most of the time, so you'll have a quiet environment. I love to cook/bake when I have the time and spend most of my downtime either outside on walks/hikes or playing video games!
