Balcony & HOA Repairs Tenant understands the condominium association or certified contractors may occasionally require access for inspections, repairs, maintenance, or balcony-related work. Tenant agrees to cooperate with required access requests. Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condominium unit. Tenant is responsible for odor remediation or damage caused by smoking. Renter's Insurance Tenant is required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term. Noise & Conduct Tenant agrees to maintain respectful conduct toward neighbors and comply with HOA quiet hours. Excessive noise, disturbances, illegal activity, or repeated complaints may constitute lease violations. Entry Notice Landlord may enter the property for inspections, repairs, emergencies, or maintenance with reasonable notice in accordance with Florida law.
